They weaken your immune system. Try to exercise, take a walk every day if you can and get a good night's sleep! Wash your hands and cover your mouth with the inside of your elbow. I have read countless articles on the styles and brand of training shoes. From minimalist to increased cushion, from curve last to straight lasts. But the only two factors that in my opinion that reduce injuries are; Shoes need to be replaced 3 times a year(or more often if you run overdistance). And the shoes need to fit properly regardless of the brand, price and features. All the best Dr. D
Unfortunately, some fruits and vegetables are found to have higher levels of toxic pesticides than others. Try when you can to buy organic produce and if you can't, then wash your food and cook your leafy vegetables. Best is always organic because who really wants to eat bug spray!?
